I buy houses and fix them up with Feng Shui principles, then rent them out. One of my tenants who has already purchased 10 houses asked me if I could rent my house to her, as she liked my ad that the way I wrote about the energy of my house. When she came to view the house she asked me the meaning of my ad. I told her my house was Feng Shui in such a way that could make people rich and famous. My answer was music to her ears. She was a Feng Shui believer and such a pleasant person, so I agreed to rent my house to her.
Guess what ? She has become famous over night. She was featured on the Sunday LA Time in the front page Real Estate section dated July 25, 2004. She received lots of phone calls form investors. She has many investors offering her money to invest. One of the investors has offered $50 millions US dollars to invest in what she is doing. She has been on CNN. She is going to be filmed on CNN tomorrow again August 7, 2004. She will be among my success stories in my book. Kwai Lan gave Feng Shui seminars to a group of Real Estate investors in August 2003. One of the investors, Craig Helsley from California, wrote down all the tips on his note pad. Although it was not until recently that he implemented Kwai Lan’s Feng Shui tips, within three weeks of applying them he won a house when his name was picked from a hat in an investors meeting. From this point on there was an increase in his fortunes with many strange positive things happening in Craig’s life. He found that people were literally knocking on his door giving him things.
